hee... i am back back back...
a mighty happy account of the orientation camp... *grins*

venetia and i had to be the very first two freshies that arrived at the school...
the people there were really easy-going... and the both of us warmed up to the older students really quickly...
i was pleasantly surprised really that a few of the older students remembered me...
i remembered conversin with a senior about communication studies at the interview... which must have been a good three months back... and dunstan actually remembered me... samuel remembered me too... wonderfully sincere people...
there were five orientation groups namely... po zua... tian si ki... tian nao... and laylio... that is my hokkien for you...
and i was allocated to the group po zua along with amelia, ven and byss *snorts*...
well... i thought the arrangement was pretty good... we were given an opportunity to stay at a hostel... pretty neat place really...
the next day... we headed to raffles marina for sea sports... *grins*
there were three activities... kayakin... wakeboardin and banana boating...
everyone please give a shot at banana boatin... it is a blast i tell you...
the boys in my group were terribly considerate... they placed me right in front of the banana boat because i was the smallest and you know about inertia and all... *laughs* the speedboat went at a hell-for-leather pace and i was so happy and excited i was bouncin up and down the banana boat... and the next thing i knew...
our banana capsized and we had to overturn it and get atop it again...
fortunately we had eugene and rongjun in our group and the guys were great help...
anyway... we seated ourselves at the wrong end of the banana boat and i ended up at the end of the banana...
*laughs* the second time the banana rocked... only ven and i got flunged off... and the rest of the group hadn't noticed until the organizers mentioned it to them...
wakeboardin is super too... gawd... it was great big fun i tell you...
anyway... there was a pre-meditated scam which was a culture of the SCI... which gave all the freshies a real big shock because they threw a paper mache human from the fourth storey... it looked so suicidish... it was a scam anyway...
sentosa was great big fun too... especially the part i got washin machined...
in lay man's term... i got flipped into the sea... and nice samuel extended his hand to drag me out of the water...
gah... i am too lazy to blog for most parts of it... but i am beginnin to like the new environment and all...
yay...
