i got up at ten today because quan quan had to come over to print the stuff for her portfolio... we both did some very last minute packin of our portfolio before headin down to ntu....
there were two parts to the written test... the first bein an mcq test style on current affairs... which is really horrifyin for me...
i'm not apathetic about current affairs mind you... i'm well... a little back-dated... *laughs*... whatever...
the second portion was a written essay on...
a)Is anonymous online discussion forum harmful or beneficial to singapore... why...
b)Was Singapore Idol given too much coverage...
anyway... i hoped i wrote well enough to impress the markers...
we had a short reception after the written test... heh and quan and i ate some pastries and had a cup of coffee which tasted much to sweet for our likin...
followin that at 2.15... we went for our respective interviews...
my interview venue was the fourth floor and it brought me into the office...
there were two really friendly students who were supposedly there to talk to us about the school to calm our nerves...
we talked a little about the hostels and all when all of a sudden... they told me...
"hey victoria... do you know your interviewer is the sub dean..."
i think my reaction was one of dazed silence... but i managed to contort my face back into its original facade of confidence...
"er... so is that somethin good or bad..."
"*laughs*... 50% good 50% bad..."
-pensive silence-
anyway shortly after the sub dean called for me and i went into her office for the interview...
i think i wasn't half as nervous as i expected myself to be...
and about five minutes into the conversation i felt like i enjoyed speakin to her...
generally... i felt that the interview went pretty well... i hardly stuttered nor minced my word... as i would usually have under extreme pressure...
hmm... i think my grades are one of the poorest about the people i know who got shortlisted for the interview...
i think i wouldn't be too disappointed to be rejected by the course...
but then again... it would be a very pleasant surprise if i got admitted to the course...
er... quan... shiang and i went down to town after that...
and hee... i got myself another set of sloggi lingerie from triumph... at fifty bucks... yAY...
